eclecTechs celebrating 10 year anniversary

NORTHAMPTON, Massachusetts
eclecTechs, the one stop shop for Computer and Internet services, was ?Saluted? by the Greater Northampton Chamber of Commerce this week on their 10 year anniversary.
Victoria White founded eclecTechs n February of 1995., Originally named the Internet Connection, the business was on Hawley Street in Northampton from 1995 ? 1999, and moved to expanded quarters on Market Street in 1999. Also in 1999, eclecTechs purchased ValiNet, an Internet Service Provider then based in Greenfield, Massachusetts. Today the customer base is worldwide with most in Hampshire, Franklin and Hampden Counties.
Previously White worked in Computer and Internet technology in the Polymer Science Department at the University of Massachusetts. She holds a technical degree, and in May of 1994 had earned an MBA with concentration on Computer Ethics. White attributes the success of her business to ?our fantastic staff; our fabulous customers; our office dogs; the opportunity to perform community service; membership and participation in the Greater Northampton Chamber of Commerce; vision; compassion; courtesy, and a positive attitude."
In January of this year, eclecTechs upgraded and relocated their entire Internet infrastructure. Effective February 15th, eclecTechs is now offering DSL service, in addition to the V.92 dial-up Internet service. Victoria White purchased two Commercial Condominiums at 35 State Street in Northampton on February 10th.
